Eligibility for Returns

Refund Process
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) and notify you via email about the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method (credit/debit card, bank, or digital wallet).

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item sent).
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items:

Cancellations
